Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal counsel on employee benefits and executive compensation matters, particularly in corporate transactions.
- Draft and review legal documents related to deferred compensation, retirement plans, and welfare benefits.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support client advisory and transactional work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients executive compensation and benefits needs.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance and best practices in benefits administration.
