Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal counsel on employee benefits and executive compensation matters, particularly in corporate transactions.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to deferred compensation, retirement plans, and welfare benefits.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to support client advisory and transactional work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients executive compensation and benefits needs.
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance and best practices in benefits administration.
    Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from a Top 100 or so law school with honors, distinction or publications.
  • 3-5 years of experience with exposure to benefits and executive compensation law.
  • Experience with complex corporate employment law or other niche transactional matters
  • Exceptional Educational Background is beneficial for this sophisticated environment.
  • Admission to the Tennessee Bar or ability to transfer and obtain licensure expediently.
