About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer with a background in civil/site development to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ. This is an in-office position where youll work on diverse and high-impact land development projects across the commercial, industrial, retail, and multi-family sectors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, design, and execution of land development projects.
  • Support Project Managers with coordination of tasks, timelines, and resources.
  • Prepare and review site plans, technical drawings, and project specifications.
  • Interface with consultants, contractors, and agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor project progress, identify issues, and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
  • Support project budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure construction aligns with design standards.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in civil/site land development (6+ preferred).
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • P.E. license or the ability to obtain one within 12 months.
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Project Focus:
