- Minimum5yearsofdirectcivilsiteexperience
- Active Georgia PE license
- AdvancedproficiencyinCivil3Disrequired
- Strongbackgroundinlanddevelopmentforbothresidentialandcommercialprojects
- Proficiencyinsitedesign,includinggrading,drainage,utilitylayout,anderosionandsedimentcontrol
- PermanentresidentsoftheUnitedStatesorU.S.citizenshipisrequiredforthisrole
