Human Resources Generalist / HR Generalist
Our client, a well-known, well-respected Consumer Products market leader, seeks a top-notch HR Generalist forits large plant in Conway, AR. As the HR Generalist, you will help ensure that all areas of HR, training and development, and employee relations needs are met. You will alsoassist in the implementation and administration of programs and policies.
You will provide HR support to assigned departments, including employee relations, labor relations, terminations, benefits, project management, and organizational development.

Compensation
- $70,000 - $87,000 + 8% Bonus + strong 401K match + relocation assistance.
- 3 weeks' vacation, plus 6 occasional days, plus public holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Help implement approved employee and labor relations policies and practices, providing technical assistance to functional leadership.
- Lead HR programs within the assigned responsibility, including EEO, unemployment, litigation, retention, termination, turnover, and severance issues.
- Partner with HR peers, HR centers of excellence and other business support departments including Staffing, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance and Legal on our company needs.
- Help implement approved programs and policies to ensure enhancement and acceptance of diversity and proper EEO/AAP legal compliance.
- Play a key role in driving company growth, revenue, and creativity by fostering strong employee relations.
- Ensure the organization's current HR requirements are met and the HR strategy is implemented effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 3+ years HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing plant.
- Large plant experience.
- Union environment experience.
- Familiarity with Lean initiatives is a plus.
