What Youll Do:
- Lead and participate in all phases of D365 Business Central implementations
- Prepare business requirements and develop system design
- Oversee software configuration, testing, training, and deployment
- Manage projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Proactively build trusted advisor relationships with clients
- Schedule resources and supervise project teams
- Mentor and develop staff
- Serve as an escalation resource to resolve issues effectively
Qualifications:
What Youll Bring:
- 8+ years of experience implementing and using D365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV, or a comparable mid-market ERP system
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- In-depth knowledge of business life cycles in finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, and production
- Understanding of database structures and system design
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
- Solid decision-making and time management abilities
- Experience working with and leading small teams
