A prominent law firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney with 4 or more years of experience to join its Tampa office. This position offers an opportunity to work on sophisticated construction-related disputes, managing cases either independently or as part of a collaborative legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of construction litigation, from case strategy and discovery to motion practice and trial
Work closely with clients in the construction industry on a variety of legal matters
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda
Manage case files proactively and efficiently with minimal supervision
Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas when needed

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

4+ years of construction litigation experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong academic credentials
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases effectively
Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
