About the Role:We are actively seeking a skilled Project Engineer with a strong background in civil/site development to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ. Please note: we are currently well-staffed on water resources specialists and are prioritizing candidates with robust site civil experience, especially in grading, drainage, roadway design, and overall land development.
In this in-office role, youll contribute to a variety of high-impact land development projects spanning commercial, industrial, retail, and multi-family sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of land development projects.
- Support Project Managers with coordination of tasks, timelines, and resources.
- Prepare and review site plans, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Interface with consultants, contractors, and agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
- Support project budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction aligns with design standards.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in civil/site land development (6+ preferred).
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
- P.E. license or the ability to obtain one within 12 months.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Project Focus:
