Civil Engineer or Landscape Architect Intermediate Level

Job Title: Civil Engineer or Landscape ArchitectLocation: NYC Office or Remote (NYS) or Buffalo, Ithaca, Albany OfficeType: Full Time

Salary Range: $85,000 $110,000 (based on experience)

Key Notes: Open to candidates with 610 years of experience
Open to civil engineers or technically strong landscape architects
Priority for NYC, but open to remote in NYS or any office location
Opportunity to support diverse projects and grow into senior roles

Responsibilities:
Support design work for civil engineering projects: paving, roadways, grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, site layout, erosion & sediment control
Prepare conceptual layouts, drawings, reports, cost estimates, SWPPPs, and stormwater calculations
Assist senior staff with project schedules and design/construction issues
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients
Attend project meetings and assist with construction administration
Develop technical skills and work toward licensure if not yet licensed

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Landscape Architecture
610 years of relevant experience
NYS PE or EIT preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Civil3D or MicroStation
HydroCAD or similar stormwater modeling software preferred
Excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills
Familiarity with local permitting agencies a plus, especially NYC
