What Youll Do
  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy to address speech, language, voice, and swallowing impairments
  • Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and rehab staff to deliver quality care
  • Document evaluations, progress, and discharge plans in accordance with guidelines
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and family communication
  • Conduct and coordinate audiometric screenings and make appropriate referrals
  • Help train facility staff and contribute to in-service education efforts
  • Follow all safety and compliance policies with professionalism and compassion
What Youll Need
  • M.A. or M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current NYS license (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA CCC preferred (CFY candidates welcome)
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and a strong team-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

  • M.A. or M.S. Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an approved school required.
  • New York State license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist required.
  • CFY Welcome
