Key Responsibilities:

Lead project teams, managing design, construction documentation, and field coordination.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, and fee proposals with full accountability.
Collaborate with clients, public agencies, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Conduct conceptual and preliminary engineering design studies considering land use, zoning, site constraints, and infrastructure needs.
Perform constructability reviews and provide technical guidance to design and support staff.
Ensure compliance with state and regional codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

BSCE (or equivalent) with CA Professional Civil Engineer registrationor ability to obtain within 6 months.
612 years of relevant experience (or equivalent of 815 years in industry).
At least 3 years of management experience supervising technical staff.
Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and other CAD tools.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Ability to direct and plan design teams with autonomy and confidence.
Thorough understanding of jurisdictional processes and regulatory requirements.
Strong time management, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
