Key Responsibilities:

Prepare civil engineering plans including grading, drainage, transportation, and public improvement designs.
Perform earthwork calculations, take-offs, and quantity assessments.
Support project managers and senior engineers with technical studies and design documentation.
Ensure designs comply with local codes, standards, and jurisdictional requirements.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, timely project results.
Mentor and support junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

BSCE (or equivalent) with 2 years of civil engineering experience (or 6 years equivalent work experience in land development/public works design).
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D required.
Coursework or experience in transportation/highway engineering, hydrology, hydraulics, and surveying is desired.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a good driving record.
