Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare civil engineering plans including grading, drainage, transportation, and public improvement designs.
- Perform earthwork calculations, take-offs, and quantity assessments.
- Support project managers and senior engineers with technical studies and design documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with local codes, standards, and jurisdictional requirements.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, timely project results.
- Mentor and support junior team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- BSCE (or equivalent) with 2 years of civil engineering experience (or 6 years equivalent work experience in land development/public works design).
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D required.
- Coursework or experience in transportation/highway engineering, hydrology, hydraulics, and surveying is desired.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a good driving record.
