What Youll Do- Lead Audit Engagements: Plan, execute, and finalize audits for real estate and related industry clients.
- Deliver Quality Insights: Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations in compliance with professional standards.
- Analyze & Advise: Evaluate financial statements, identify potential risks, and propose solutions for improvement.
- Mentor & Develop: Supervise and coach junior staff to ensure quality and professional growth.
- Client Interaction: Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and firm leadership.
Qualifications:
What Were Looking For- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
- Certification: CPA license required (or near completion).
- Experience: 68 years in public accounting with a strong background in real estate audits.
- Skills: Solid understanding of GAAP, audit procedures, and exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
