What Youll Do

Lead electrical system design for new builds and renovations
Act as assistant project manager, managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Conduct field investigations, code reviews, and site surveys
Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Build client relationships and help maintain our 95% referral rate

Qualifications:

What You Bring

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (or related)
1020 years of experience in power distribution, lighting, and controls
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Strong skills in AutoCAD or Revit, AGI32, SKM or Easypower
Proven leadership and communication skills
Fieldwork experience, including the ability to handle site conditions

Bonus Points For:

MV (Medium-Voltage) distribution experience
RCDD certification
Federal sector experience (UFC, UFGS, FAR)
Existing client relationships in NC/SC, Mid-Atlantic, or South-Central U.S.
Knowledge of higher education and NC State Construction Office systems

Must Have:

U.S. Citizenship (due to government project access)
