Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team under the guidance of the Controller. This position is ideal for an accounting professional with strong knowledge of the general ledger, payroll processes, and financial reporting who is looking to grow in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, reconcile, and analyze general ledger accounts.
Process payroll and ensure timely payroll tax filings.
Manage billing functions (experience a plus).
Review financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
Support the Controller with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

35 years of professional accounting experience.
Strong understanding of the general ledger and accounting principles.
CPA designation preferred (but not required).
Experience with payroll processing and payroll tax filing.
Bachelors degree in Accounting (required).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
