Youll handle service, maintenance, and installations for residential and light commercial clients, ensuring reliable comfort systems across our community.

• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems.
• Install new heating and cooling units in line with industry and company standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining work performed and making recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency on every job.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or Installer (residential/light commercial focus preferred).
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and installation practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• EPA certification preferred.
