Junior Engineer / Designer

As a Junior Engineer / Designer, you will:

• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
• Perform engineering calculations under the guidance of Senior Engineers and Principals.
• Develop and prepare plan markups for drafting and production.
• Support project objectives by working closely with senior team members to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Assist with site work, construction administration, and project observations during active builds.
• Attend client and project meetings alongside senior engineers.
• Manage and complete design documentation for smaller projects (under $15K) including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Permitting, and Bidding under supervision.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited college or university (preferred), OR
• Associates degree in engineering/technical discipline with relevant work experience.

Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for drafting and design.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, positive attitude with the drive to grow within the company.
