As a Licensed Structural Engineer (PE/SE), you'll spearhead the design and execution of high-profile projects, including major distribution centers, Class A office buildings, and landmark facilities for Fortune 500 clients. Your expertise will directly influence the structural integrity and success of projects spanning over 20 million square feet annually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Structural Design: Oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with building codes and client specifications.
  • Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with architects, contractors, and developers to deliver cost-effective and constructible solutions.
  • Construction Support: Provide on-site support, including RFIs, shop drawing reviews, and site visits to ensure design intent is maintained.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
  • Innovative Solutions: Engage in the design of advanced structural systems, including Passive Energy Dissipation Systems, to enhance building performance.

Qualifications:

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • Licensure: Active California Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in structural engineering with a strong design background in commercial and industrial projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, or equivalent.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Experience with tilt-up design and performance-based engineering is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
