Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time | Outpatient Pediatrics | Corning, NY (Southern Finger Lakes region of New York State)Direct Hire | Excellent BenefitsMake a Difference Every Day:- Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for pediatric and adult patients.
- Provide direct therapy in an outpatient clinic setting, focusing primarily on pediatrics.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals, strategies, and home programming.
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Participate in departmental projects, in-service education, and ongoing professional development.
- Support the growth of innovative programs and services within outpatient speech therapy.
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
- Eligible for New York State licensure and registration.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain.
- One to two years of pediatric or hospital-based experience preferred; new graduates with strong pediatric practicum experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required within 90 days of hire).
