Job description:
An exciting newly created role has opened for a highly driven and detail-oriented finance executive. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior VP of Finance in Ontario, CA 91764 will supervise the entire accounting department and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the company. This position has strong growth potential and could evolve into a CFO role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly manage the Corporate Controller and Financial Analyst.
- Ensure timely completion of month-end close processes.
- Review and analyze apartment operation statements on a monthly basis.
- Maintain and update operating proformas for every operating entity at least quarterly.
- Oversee the roll-up of all entities P&L and cash flow.
- Prepare quarterly meeting books and board books for executive review.
- Oversee all property appraisals and loan draws.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all lenders.
- Prepare ad hoc proformas, cashflows, and financial analysis as needed.
