Job description:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally
- Manage incoming phone calls, screen calls, and route messages accurately
- Schedule and confirm client appointments
- Always maintain client confidentiality
- Manage reception area appearance and overall office presentation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
- Maintain office calendars and conference room scheduling
- Order office supplies and coordinate basic office needs
- Assist with client intake and data entry
- Prepare, scan, copy, and file legal documents
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Support attorneys, paralegals, and staff with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
- Prior receptionist or front desk experience (law firm or professional office preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
