Duties:
- Will provide guidance to Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians in this high volume 24/7 operation.
- Will support the IATF audit process and be part of the plant improvement team.
- Assure all plant employees are trained in the quality requirements of this job and quality plan.
- Monitor the appropriate training and development of Quality Technicians.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Seeking a Manufacturing Quality Manager or a Senior Quality Engineer prepared to advance to a Quality Manager role.
- Should have all or some of the following:
- Product Launch
- IATF 16949
- PPAP / APQP
- Extrusion Process
- Metrology
- Lean / CI
- Six Sigma
- L6S Certification
- Kepner - Tregoe
- COPQ
