Job description:
Heavy Equipment Operators (Haul Truck Drivers) to support underground mining operations. The role focuses on transporting salt and materials throughout the mine while maintaining strict safety and operational standards.
The position involves operating haul trucks, skid steers, articulated trucks etc, assisting with basic maintenance on conveyors, crushers, and screening equipment, and supporting the maintenance team when needed. Candidates must be comfortable working underground in a mining environment, follow MSHA safety regulations, and maintain accurate production and safety records.
Qualifications:
2-20 years of experience
Ideal candidates have heavy equipment operating experience, basic mechanical aptitude, strong attention to safety, and the ability to perform physical work including lifting 50+ lbs.
Able to work
Afternoon Shift: 12:00pm-10:00pm OR
Night Shift: (1position currently) 8:00pm-6:00am
