Project Manager Commercial Waterproofing

Salary: $70,000 $85,000 base + bonus opportunity

Position Overview

The Project Manager Commercial Waterproofing oversees commercial waterproofing projects from pre-construction through completion. This role manages field crews, coordinates with general contractors, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Attend pre-construction meetings and coordinate project startup
Manage multiple job sites and field crews
Develop daily schedules, manpower plans, and material needs
Track crew productivity and project progress
Maintain strong communication with general contractors and site supervisors
Manage and secure approval for change orders
Ensure safety, quality control, and on-time project completion
Assist with project documentation and AIA payment applications
Conduct crew safety meetings and product training

Qualifications:

Qualifications

25 years of project management experience in commercial waterproofing or construction
Strong knowledge of construction practices and terminology
Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
Experience with estimating software, budgeting, and project tracking
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid drivers license
Education

High school diploma required
Associate degree or technical training preferred
