Compensation & Pay Structure
Annual Earnings
Average yearly pay: $80,000 $103,000

New drivers typically average $1,450/week during the first 23 months

Mileage Pay
Starting at $0.59 CPM, based on experience

Annual increases of $0.01 CPM, up to $0.64 CPM

Paid on Rand McNally miles

Mileage pay makes up ~75% of total pay

Production expectation: 1,900 miles/week

Top performers can run 2,400+ miles/week with 48 hours off

Stop/Exception Pay (~25% of total pay)
$35 per drop/hook (75%)

$65 per live load/unload (25%)

Detention still applies

Additional Pay
Safety & Service Bonus: Up to $1,000/year

Holiday Pay: $210 per holiday (eligible after 1 year; 6 major holidays)

Schedule & Shift Details
MondayFriday schedule

Drivers may choose a start time between 04:0010:00

Not guaranteed home daily, but if low on hours near home, drivers may take their 10hour break at home

Freight volume allows optional extra days for drivers wanting additional miles

Operating Area
Drivers on this regional fleet operate primarily in:

WI, IL, MN, IA

90% of loads run within WI/IL

95% of loads start/end in Chicago, IL

Rail locations:

Chicago rails (95%)

St. Paul (4%)

St. Louis (1%)

100% NoTouch Freight

Intermodal chassis/containers

Automatic Freightliner sleepers

Parking:

Drivers living within 30 miles of a terminal must park at the terminal

Others may park at/near home with safe/legal parking

Trailer: 53 box trailer

Riders/Pets: Allowed (per company policy)
