Job description:

Enterprise SSD Controller Sales Manager opportunity based on-site in Santa Clara, California. The position focuses on driving direct sales and business development for enterprise SSD controllers and related storage solutions, working with hyperscalers, enterprise customers, and SSD/NAND ecosystem partners. Ideally looking for someone who speaks Korean. They will relocate a Korean speaker.

Compensation: Competitive base salary with expected total compensation generally in the $200K+ range depending on experience.

The role involves building strategic customer relationships, managing sales pipelines and forecasts, supporting pricing and commercial negotiations, and coordinating closely with product management, R&D, and operations teams to execute programs successfully. Travel is approximately 25%, and the position requires on-site presence in Santa Clara.

Key Requirements (important):

Direct sales experience in the Enterprise SSD domain is mandatory Approximately 812 years of relevant experience in enterprise storage, SSD, controller, or NAND-related markets Experience selling to hyperscalers, enterprise customers, or major OEM/ODM accounts Native-level English proficiency Candidates already based in the U.S. with experience supporting North American customers are strongly preferred
