Job Title:Corporate Recruiter

General Responsibilities:

The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for specialized niche roles across various departments including IT, marketing, accounting, and capital markets, especially in the emerging areas of HELOC products. This individual will need to build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process while maintaining SOX compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a "sales mentality" to effectively communicate companys story and vision to prospects, generating excitement about growth opportunities within the company. This role is crucial for supporting companys ambitious goal of establishing itself as a leader in the HELOC marketplace.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Develop "strong customer service with hiring managers and department heads" by building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the recruiting process and by "gently guiding and following up with these individuals to ensure tasks are completed," particularly with department heads who require extensive hand-holding during the recruiting process.
  • Ensure SOX Compliance: Understand and operate within SOX compliance processes, "maintaining open rec documentation approved by an executive" with no issues from the auditors.
  • Strive to "maintain new hire retention rates under 5%," contributing to the company's current success of 3% turnover for over 100 hires this year.
  • Aim for a "time to fill of less than 30 days," while acknowledging that this will fluctuate based on the specific roles being recruited.
  • Effectively "communicate Companys story and vision to prospects, generating excitement about growth opportunities" and the company's, strategic initiatives.
  • Be capable of managing "at least 10 open requisitions at any given time," demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Qualifications:

Required Education, Training, and Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the mortgage market or banking supporting a mortgage department.
  • Must have a strong track record of successfully recruiting candidates in the mortgage or HELOC space, as well as demonstrating an ability to 1) improve new hire retention and 2) optimize time to fill.
  • Must have "strong customer service skills, the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, and possess an understanding of companys processes and SOX compliance.
  • Comfortable with targeted, niche recruiting efforts across multiple roles in the HELOC space including roles in IT, marketing, accounting, and capital markets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on execution and results.
