Emergency Physician $560Ks 1 hr to Birmingham, 2 Hrs to Atlanta

This Emergency Medicine opportunity offers a predictable 12-shift monthly schedule yielding about $560K before OT as a permanent 1099. Work in an emergency department serving as a regional referral center for a multi-county population. Physicians manage a broad mix of cases including trauma, cardiac events, stroke, respiratory emergencies, pediatric cases, and general acute medical conditions. Board Certified or Eligible for ABEM or AOBEM as well as ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS are required. Recent residents considered.

Qualifications:
Qualifications (Minimum and Preferred):
- Years of Experience: 2 years recent Emergency Medicine experience in a hospital setting or just out of residency
- Education: MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM) or a recent resident
- Licenses: Eligible for Alabama Medical License.
- Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS (All Required).
