Job description:
Physical Therapist (CA, AZ, NM, WA)
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality
clinical services. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop
treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent
patient outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is
medically necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and
medical necessity.
- Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering
quality care.
- Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and
Medicare regulations.
- Skills: Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time
management abilities.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and
remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Education: Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy
program.
- Licensure: Current state licensure and CPR certification.
