Center Manager (Clinician PT/OT)
Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt Reports To: Manager of Clinical
Operations or Clinical Operations Director
Job Summary
Manage therapy center operations and financial performance while
treating a full patient caseload. This role includes overseeing center
staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving growth through local
marketing to referral sources.
Core Responsibilities
- Leadership: Supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, conduct
performance reviews, and manage employee relations.
- Operations: Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload
efficiency.
- Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients, ensuring high-quality
care and thorough documentation.
- Compliance: Adhere to State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards,
and OSHA safety protocols.
- Facility Management: Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment
calibration, and supply ordering.
Requirements
- Skills: Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and basic
proficiency in Windows-based systems.
- Physical: Ability to stand/walk for shifts, use safe body mechanics
to transfer patients, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational
Therapy program.
- Credentials: Current state licensure and CPR certification.
