Project Engineer
- Location: Greensboro, North Carolina
- Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
Description
We are looking for an experienced Professional Engineer to join our team
in Greensboro, North Carolina. Applicants should have experience with
site civil design and expertise in storm-water analysis and design, as
well as proficiency with civil engineering software applications.
Projects are primarily privately funded and focused on residential,
commercial, and industrial site design.
Experience Preferences
- Local, State and Federal Permitting
- Site construction supervision and management
- Feasibility analysis, due-diligence, cost estimates, and budgeting
- Land surveying knowledge and understanding
- Grading and Erosion Control Plans
- Stormwater management and design
- Effective time management and assignment of duties
Qualifications:
Requirements / Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- PE License or ability to obtain PE within 12 months
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Land Development
- Ability to manage multiple projects and plan work efficiently
- Demonstrated proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proficient with earthwork analysis and storm-water management design
- Microsoft Office software proficiency
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication skills,
team player
- Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently but also
within a team environment
- Goal-oriented within a team environment with attention to detail
