Job description:

Superintendent, K-12
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 + Performance Bonuses (Weekly Pay)
Summary
As Superintendent, you will direct daily operations to ensure projects
are safe, on schedule, within budget, and up to quality standards.
Partnering closely with the Project Manager, you will lead short-range
planning and field execution to deliver successful projects and
guarantee client satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling, phasing, constructability reviews, and
subcontractor procurement.
- Lead day-to-day field activities, manage subcontractors, and
actively resolve field issues.
- Implement project schedules, control costs, and mitigate overall
project risk.
- Enforce comprehensive quality control, safety policies, and site
security.
- Manage permits, inspections, code compliance, and maintain accurate
as-built drawings.
- Facilitate Foreman meetings, participate in OAC meetings, and
produce daily reports.
- Train and mentor Field Engineers and Assistant Superintendents.
- Support business development by participating in RFQ/RFP responses
and project interviews.

Qualifications:

Qualifications & Certifications
- Experience as a Superintendent overseeing K-12 construction
projects.
- Must provide a project list showcasing K-12 project experience.
- 10-Hour OSHA Construction Certification.
- CPR and First Aid Certification.
