You will be part of the senior leadership team, reporting to the Plant Manager, you'll develop and implement overall plant technical strategies focused on engineering projects, maintenance excellence that support lowloss production systems, vertical startup processes, utilities, maintenance and stores improvement programs.

Compensation: $125,000 - $170,000 + 15% bonus opportunity + 9% 401k match + strong benefits.
Location: Janesville, WI. Full relocation package
Responsibilities include:
- Develop 1 to 5 year capital plan with various functions such as Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Finance.
- Lead capital projects that improve automation, safety, quality, reduce costs, improve production efficiencies, and customer service.
- Provide engineering thought leadership in the fields of automation and production design think creatively and proactively.
- Support the Plant in providing project and technical support to the plant and division.
- Manage the Utilities team and ensure functionality and compliance within our plant utilities processes such as: Refrigeration, Ammonia, Nitrogen, Steam, Natural Gas and Compressed Air.
Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in Food manufacturing.
- Maintenance experience with plant utility systems, including, ammonia refrigeration, nitrogen, steam, natural gas, and compressed air.
- Experience Process safety management (PSM)
- Strategy and Budget planning of multi-million dollar projects
- Ability to collaborate as a member of a senior level innovation think tank.
- Continuous Improvement experience required.
