Conductsystemupgradesandmodificationsasneeded.

2. Troubleshooting&Repair:

Leadcomplextroubleshootingandcorrectivemaintenance.

Analyzesandimprovessystemperformanceusingadvanceddiagnostictechniques.

Performrootcauseanalysisandimplementcorrectiveactions.

Escalatecomplextechnicalproblemstoengineeringteamswhennecessary.

3. CustomerSupport&Training:

Providetechnicalassistanceandguidancetocustomersonequipmentoperation.

Traincustomerpersonnelandcolleagues(whennecessary)onpropermaintenanceandtroubleshootingprocedures.

Actasaliaisonbetweencustomersandinternaltechnicalteams.

Actasatechnicalresourceforjuniorengineers,providingguidanceandmentorship.

4. Documentation&Reporting:

Maintainservicelogs,reports,anddocumentationforallcustomerinteractions.

Providefeedbacktoengineeringandrelevantproductteamsonrecurringissues.

Ensurecompliancewithsafetyandqualitystandards.

5. Collaboration&ContinuousImprovement:

Qualifications:

1. BachelorsdegreeinElectricalEngineering,MechanicalEngineering,orarelatedfield

2. 2to4yearsofexperienceinthesemiconductorequipmentindustryrequired.

3. (1)Experienceinfieldservice,maintenance,ortechnicalsupportofsemiconductorequipment.

(2) Experienceinfieldservice,maintenance,ortechnicalsupportofAtomicLayerDeposition (ALD)andChemicalVapor Deposition (CVD)tool (equivalent)

(3) Atleast1yearsofexperienceinfieldservice,maintenance,ortechnicalsupportofAtomicLayerDeposition(ALD) andChemical Vapor Deposition (CVD)tool (equivalent)

4. Strongtroubleshootingskillsinmechanical,electrical,andsystems.

5. Proficiencyininterpretingschematics,technicaldrawings,andsystemmanuals.

6. Experienceworkinginacleanroomenvironment.

7. Familiaritywithvacuumsystems,robotics,orautomation.

8. Excellentcommunicationandcustomerserviceskills.

9. Willingnesstotraveltocustomersites,whenneeded(domesticandinternational).

10. Notravelrestrictions,eitherdomesticallyorinternationally.
