Job description:
Position OverviewThe Liberty Lake area showroom is located adjacent to client's manufacturing facility and primarily serves the retail remodeling market, with some support for local builders. This position is focused on leading an established showroom operation rather than developing new business.
Team
- Approximately 6 salespeople
- Mature, established showroom
- Significant customer walk-in traffic generated from the manufacturing location
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage showroom budget and overall financial performance
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the sales team
- Hold salespeople accountable to sales goals and performance metrics
- Ensure consistent execution of Client's sales process
- Maintain excellent customer experience within the showroom
- Support builder customers utilizing the showroom
Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate
Minimum 5 years of cabinet industry experience
Previous showroom management experience
Experience managing approximately 36 salespeople
Budget ownership experience
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
Proven sales management background
Base Salary
$95,000-$120,000, depending on experience
Incentive Compensation
0.25% override on showroom sales
Eligible to earn normal salesperson commissions on personally generated sales
High-performing managers can realistically earn $200,000+ annually by growing their markets and maximizing showroom performance

Work Arrangement
